Shipping & Returns

How ordinary storage goods are dispatched and returned. This covers physical goods only; pattern boards are digital.

1. Where we send

We dispatch storage goods to addresses within the United Kingdom. For other destinations, contact support@pinstripedist.shop before ordering so we can confirm whether we can send to you.

2. Dispatch times

Orders are usually prepared within two to three working days. A standard delivery typically arrives within three to five working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary at busy periods.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown and confirmed before you complete an order. Because online checkout is not yet connected (payment provider pending), current orders are arranged by email and any delivery charge is confirmed at that time.

4. Returns

You may return unused goods in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for a return reference. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the goods were faulty or sent in error.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If goods arrive faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund of the item price and any return postage.
